Look at the code and fix it?
<https://sourceforge.net/p/vms-ports/code-0/commit_browser>
Or figure out why John's attempt to fix it back in June didn't work?
I recently tried to fix a bug in how this issue is handled my Perl kits:
<https://sourceforge.net/p/vmsperlkit/code/ci/c1bb54eaba08fbea198461aaeba1305fd810b241/tree/perlkit/template.pcsi$desc?diff=070f202da1dc7d07095393d5321f40562cdd384a>
but I have no idea whether it really works since I have no access to VSI
versions of VMS.
