The gnv$libzshr??.exe should be using the compatible transfer vectors as 
the above.

The gnv$libzshr.exe is backward compatible with previous gnv$libzshr kits.

It is hoped to get more in common with the work done for VMS python with 
the other shared images.

Since except for VAX, HP starts out with SSL kits installed when the OS 
is installed for 8.x, these Curl kits expect it to be there.

Curl can be built with no SSL support.
