Looks that way.   V6.6-201, December, 1999, supports V5.4 to (likely) 
V7.3, and implements FORTRAN-77.

The joys of ~twenty year old software and older, on a ~forty year old 
architecture, and scrounging old distro kits.

After HPE and VSI no longer care about this stuff, then some of the 
kits will probably get posted over at BitSavers.
