[Info-vax] SPM 3.4 installation issue on VMS 6.1

SPM at the time of V6 was being "replaced" by DECCP (IRRC).  SPM had its limitations, but also had features that were not available from the new product.
I believe that the version you have was for V5.x.  I will have to look for my old notes to determine the version for V6, if there was one.  Realize that with V6, here were a lot of internal data structure changes and I'm not sure whether or not SPM was updated.
