[Info-vax] where to get a working installable version of Python for Itanium?

Nevermind.  The person that asked me to install this was STILL running V8.2
on the Itanium!  It looks like I'll have 2 tasks to now do for him, as well
as locating a management console card for an rx2620 which has no management
card.
