[Info-vax] quick question on .note files

    On decuserve I have in my main directory a syntax of ???$?????.note;1 
Now since I'm just getting started and this is not in the users manual as a 
standrd vms feature (but something about a notebook system of some kind?) 
Anyway I want to open this file. Would I use EVE ? I want to quickly read it 
before I use to much time getting into syntax and such. I hope there are 
some here with patience because I am a beginner.
