I was perhaps somewhat unclear.  My source and target systems are both OpenVMS; no Active Directory [domains] are in the mix.  Also, I know zippo about AD.

Kerry, I'll take a look at your suggested links.
Craig, your sample INI should be a help; I hadn't considered going minimally to start.
