That one is spelled Notary, not NOTARY, and the roadmap lists the latter
as a BOE component that will be updated in August of this year. So to
draw the conclusion you have drawn, you would have to assume that this
Docker sub-system is already distributed as part of the Base Operating
Environment now and will just be getting an update in August. I guess
that's a possibility but doesn't see vary likely to me.

Anyone can Google the word "notary" and find many things, some of them
of a technical nature. Only an advanced user can search for "notary
openvms" and find nothing except the VSI roadmap and an oblique (and to
me opaque) reference in an old PMDF manual. Thus the question.
