The answer to your question might be "who is here?"

Probably not the users of applications.  They have their job, and then they want 
nothing to do with their job when they leave for the day.

Possibly developers, system managers, and the like is who participate in this 
venue.  People much more likely to use DCL, and need to do unique things.
