Solved! Many thanks - Got it working with your help. Turns out it needs
four pieces: CPQ-VAXVMS-SSL-V0101-B-1.PCSI-DCX_VAXEXE and HP-VAXVMS-
KERBEROS-V0200-11-1.PCSI-DCX_VAXEXE from ftp.hp.com/pub/openvms, and
VMSPORTS-VAXVMS-73-CURL-7_47_0.ZIP and VMSPORTS-VAXVMS-ZLIB-V0102-8-
1.ZIP from https://sourceforge.net/projects/vms-ports/files/vax0730.
I have dropped all four pieces into my fal$server at qcocal::[.software-
downloads] in case anyone else is interested.
