As I recall, the reason was that just like you usually receive
some form of "Getting Started" guide when you receive a new PC,
the same was true for the VTxxx devices i.e. Setup menu options,
how to physically setup, proper chair / keyboard / screen
ergonomics, how to keep screen and terminal clean etc.
