That's hardly the point. The IP world wants us to change from IPv4 to 
IPv6, that means that all functionality should be made available on 
IPv6. Otherwise you break something, in this case DECnet V/OSI over IP.

Breaking something without a proper replacement is never a good idea. Or 
did you find a 100% IP replacement for DECnet somewhere?
