[Info-vax] Proactively rebuilding DS10 power supply??

And that, in short, is why it's not good advice.  If you're not using the
machine because you're terrified that it is going to fail soon, then why
not fix it so it doesn't fail?

Hint: it's a lot easier to do pre-emptive maintenance than it is to do
repairs.  After the electrolyte has damaged the board and the switching
fet has failed into a short and taken out the driver stage, it's a lot 
more work.
