[Info-vax] Proactively rebuilding DS10 power supply??

Sounds like good advice.

My DS10 sits idle and powered down far, far more than I would like, partly because I'm afraid every time that I power it up, the power supply will blow. (Also, I admit, because of lack of time to do all the fun things I'd like to be doing with it.)
