Right.

Note also that with the current hobbyist programme, patch access is
limited.  It would be nice if VSI changes this or gives people like
Richard, Steven, and other contributors to the VMS community a
non-hobbyist license in return for their huge contributions to getting 
open-source stuff to work on VMS over the years.
