Note that the people at VSI are VMS enthusiasts. Unlike HP, they actually care.
While it's not up to me, I have great confidence that they (VSI) will attempt
to "do the right thing".
But also realize they are busier than the proverbial one armed paper hanger, so,
do have some patience. If it's critical, ask, they may be able to expedite some
things.
