HP still have their version of VMS Engineering in India working on
the HP version of VMS.

No. Until Kerry made it clear what was going on, I thought that HP
would be selling their version of VMS on IA64 and the infrastructure
to go with it to Micro Focus. Don't forget that HP are still actively
supporting VMS on IA64 until the end of 2020.
