Agreed, it makes sense for an organisation with that many nodes and
volume of traffic. When the change does come, the internal IPV6
should be well proven, with all the bugs and systems management
familiarity well understood. It's not a no cost change for
system admin though.
Still see no point for smaller subnets, where a IPV4 to IPV6
translation is more cost effectively handled globally...
