No, it's for IA64, also.

The expectation is that we'll release an implementation some time in 2017
(likely late spring/early summer).

In late 2017, we plan to release another version of VMS, where the
IP stack will be completely integrated into the OS, such that there will
be no questions about "do you want to install . . .", for TCP/IP; it'll be
automatically installed.

At least, that's the plan as of today.
