Not that it's easy.  Compare the policies of ISIS and Saudi Arabia.  
Almost no difference.  How much support does Saudi Arabia get from the 
USA?  Can you see any chance for any opposition there?  I'm not saying 
all the problems are caused by "the West", not even most of them, but a 
bit less hypocrisy would be a good idea.
