I saw those videos a while ago.  Both my VS3100-76 SPX and the VS3100-30 at work are still running great and have very little yellowing.  So far the only issue is the decades old fans in the power supply are making a little more noise than they used to.  And the machine at work is still online 24x7 though only used a few times a month.

They're still treasures.
