Yes.

Oracle DB is becoming a super-premium option for those few for who
money is not an issue.

With IBM DB2 and MS SQLServer as the normal-premium options and
all the free stuff (MySQL, PostgreSQL, bunch of NoSQL databases etc.)
being the base options.
