EDIT is a verb which invokes a range of editors. Which editor are
you interested in ?
You can forget about TPU but you should be able to use EDT in line mode.
I won't suggest using the undocumented VT52 emulator because I think
that was something which only came in on Alpha GUI consoles and wasn't
present on VAX workstation consoles.
BTW, I can just hear Stephen right now: "Line mode. How. Quaint." :-)
