The plan right now is that . . .

Only VSI versions of VMS (Alpha and IA64) will be allowed to cluster with X86 VMS.

By "allowed", I mean that the clustering protocol revision level will be bumped in such
a way as to deny any non-VSI node.

We will provide clustering compatibility kits for V8 versions of VSI VMS.
