Depends on who is on the jury ...

If that's all someone wants, I don't see a need for VMS in such an environment. 
  What could it possibly have that isn't already on some "gee wizz" "can do 
everything" type of system?

I'm betting I'm not the only geezer who isn't quite done with the "traditional" 
VMS development environment.
