I explicitly said "new ISVs". So, it still depends on who is on the jury, but one particular David Froble is unquestionably out of it.

But then, how do you portray potential "new ISVs" ?
Are they more likely to come to VMS because VMS is offering something unique, or because having VMS on the list of supported OS targets takes relatively little effort?
