The process of building a VAXcluster using SIMH and cheap/tiny
computers seems to be reasonably well documented around the web
in recent years, though some people have been doing it for a
while longer - VMS on SIMH on an iPAQ was tiny, but not very
cheap and not particularly cheerful.
VMS on SIMH on a £30 Pi 3? Tiny, cheap, widely documented, and
reasonably cheerful.
