I really do not think "are they big enough to sue?" is a real factor in
any large Customers.
More likely, but highly speculative, it is something along the lines of
"will VSI be able to support a global mission critical app environment
on a 24x7 basis?"
Being able to provide L1/L2 support for some period will prove to these
Cust's that VSI can. The 8 or so HPE OpenVMS support resources
transitioning to VSI will certainly help do this.
