   That's a DECnet task access.  It has to be set up via NCP, or NCL,
   depending on which phase of DECnet you are running.  So which phase
   of DECnet are you running?

   Note, you don't have to allow DECnet on any of your NICs in order to
   get the above to work.  Node 0 is always reachable via software
   alone.
