OK, fine. Just unzip on the VMS system. Or make sure that you
understand how to eventually correct a corrupt file.

So where came that "dec_vaxv.pcsi" name from? Did you try to
make up a name yourself? Not a good idea.

The file above could be installed with the command:

$ prod inst tcpip

or listed with the command

$ prod list tcpip

Yes, always the best method.

That *could* work. Hm, maybe even *should* work, if the PCSI file
have a usual 512 byte record format.

Start with making sure that you keep the file name intact.
