ACMS is not integrated.  If ACMS should become integrated, I'll take a look.

I'm somewhat skeptical around wading into ACMS as a candidate job 
scheduler, based solely on the available and VAX-era ACMS introductory 
materials:

A UI overhaul would be preferred for use as a scheduler, but that's an 
endemic problem with OpenVMS and many of its tools.
