Make that 21.2. He (ttn) ported it to Alpha. Based on that and with a
few minor bug fixes, there are IA64 and VAX versions available. Support
for VMS was removed in Emacs 23. Current, stable release is 26.2.
Microemacs is no longer maintained, last released version was 4.0 from
1996. And then there is uEmacs/PK aka "em", the Microemacs version Linus
used (uses?) based on Microemacs 3.9e. It can be found under
git.kernel.org. Dunno what the current version is. Version 4.0.1
contains VMS code, but misses the DCL command procedure to build it.
However it builds and works on VMS (DCL and GNV).
