Any suggested reference source for DS10 machine check numeric codes and explanations thereof?

The EK-DS10S-CR. D01 AlphaServer DS10 / DS10L, AlphaStation DS10 Console Reference manual is silent on the topic.

I'm chasing some of these:

Machine Check 660 - System UCE (triggers crash)
Machine Check 630 - Processor CE
Machine Check 620 - System CE

running the offline MEMEXER has many successful passes but
generated at least one "630" too.

Persists even after cleaning memory and PCI-X card finger contacts.
