Not sure whether a XP900/VS10/DS10 service manual was ever published.
That was back in the era of Microsoft help files and other "fun", and not PDFs.
The 600-series machine check codes were fairly consistent across Alpha, 
not that the details of the underlying repairs necessarily tracked.
Given your previous efforts, you're likely looking at a mainboard or a 
processor swap for the system and processor UCE and CE errors here.
Or wholesale replacement, and probably with a DS15 unless there's a 
good reason for the older.
