Practically nobody in HR knows what the technical terms means.

So they do their best. Sometimes they are lucky. Sometimes they are not
so lucky.

Just like if I were to try and describe the required qualifications
for a good ballet dancer.

The smart people in HR send the final ad text to review in the hiring
department.
