TeraTerm has the capability to just send from a file and to add a delay 
at each line end so the VAX has time to write to disk.

I haven't tested it as I have TCPIP working and a CD drive (which has 
its own challenges)

I seem to remember the delay needs to be quit long so the licence file 
will take a while to upload. There are plenty of diversions on the 
internet to amuse yourself with while it happens.
