That's awesome news, expansion is certainly positive!

I lost 20kg in 4.5 months

No magic formula, substituted water for some things and learnt the energy value of foods and therefore ended up cutting back on portion sizes

I downloaded an app to track energy usage but after a while I got to know the person sizes and ditched the app

I went hard to start with, I'm like that, if your going to do something then dam well do it properly.
Trouble is, I cut back on the energy intake that I was losing nearly 1.5 kg in the first few weeks. The side effect was I had the most painful knee joints!
Apparently, body builders get it from excessive weight programs due to loss of fat cushioning in the joints! It was so painful I nearly stopped but like all things, I powered through and it all came good

All the best with the weight reduction. You seriously get a new lease of life afterwards. The wife is happy as the 'occassional' snoring stopped too! Lol
