With succession-planning looming large I suggest you'll be needing to 
hire a lot more?

Last I heard some many bits had fallen off John Reagan that he has been 
reduced to being just a head in a jar. VSI let him out to code by 
pecking the kb with his nose and left ear. Ctrl+Alt+Del fucks him up badly.

And Stephen Hoffman has been a hologram for years.
