I don't have the code it's loaded into cache.  I have asked the application vendor for the specifics of that screen


here is a screen shot of what I see when I go to the menu 

Enter the file path for these pages:  \\facs1\SQL_HELP
%DCL-W-IVVERB, unrecognized command verb - check validity and spelling
\MKDIR\
Path cannot be opened or created.  Nothing will be generated.
Key RETURN to continue.


Also tried the VMS equivalent with no luck 
This routine will generate a series of help pages.
If the path entered does not exist, it will be created.
The file to open at the conclusion will be index.htm

Enter the file path for these pages:  DSA400:[SQL_HELP]
Invalid entry.  Nothing will be generated.
Key RETURN to continue.
