As should be obvious, that's either a bug in Caché itself, or in 
whatever local customizations are running here; in this particular menu 
package.  Or somebody has deleted a file this code is dependent on.

All of what's been discussed can likely hack around this error, though 
it wouldn't surprise me that there might be further incompatibilities 
lurking within this same code path.

We're going around in circles here, and this really needs to go to 
whoever is supporting this menu code.

Or this might just be more fuel for a migration off of OpenVMS with the 
end of Caché support for OpenVMS, of course.
