I did not go all the way.

- Saved the data and images from VSI kit
- deinstalled the VSI kit
- Installed FreeAXP 3.0
- Booted the VSI image with FreeAXP 3.0

Have not tried any further with FreeAXP but i noted the NIC device is available in VMS.

Unclear why we should bother to upgrade, the VSI version is not even on migrationspecialities website.
