Hi Rich,

   The request goes to HPE India where most/all of the remaining OpenVMS engineering is.  It's their weekend so you may not hear anything back until late Sunday or Monday.  If you think it's the Connect number that is the problem, go to Eisner and create an account there and get a DECUServe member number.
