Still have not heard back from HPe on the license request; just the initial automatic reply.  I did fill in all the blanks.  However I now wonder if there's an issue with the requested Connect membership number.  When I log onto the site now it presents a 4-digit account number.  Its not the same one as carried from DECus to Encompass to Connect originally, and none of my recent emails from Connect include a member number.

Interestingly my profile was also substantially different; OpenVMS was unchecked as an interest, and windows was checked.  It also appears to be hosted on a different service.

Submitting again using the 4 digit number that Connect now shows.  But I really wonder if anyone is home at HPe...
