I suppose for the simplest configuration, 2 node cluster with most/all the 
interesting stuff on the non-shadowed system disk (OS (obviously), applications,
data), so that in the event of loss of communication between the two systems,
the one without access to the system (quorum) disk is the one that gets kicked
out of the cluster, rather than being a crapshoot.

Note that quorum disk cluster transitions are always slower than ones without,
it can be sped up with QDSKINTERVAL=1 on all nodes at the expense of some I/O,
but you are still better off without one.
