I have the various Hobbyist offerings for most years from 2019 and earlier.

There is an IA64 V8.4 with update 0700 installed, dated 24-Jul-2012
There is an IA64 V8.4 with update 0900 installed, dated 13-Dec-2013
There is an IA64 V8.4 with update 01000 installed, dated 4-Apr-2017
And now the same update1000 image but an update 1400 zipexe patch, dated 5-Jul-2019 (Patch date, ISO is as previous)

Additional patches give out over the years include:

vms84i-manage-0200 dated 3-Feb-2017
vms84i-pcsi-v0400 dated 3-Feb-2017

I do not have nor recall any FIBRE_SCSI patch available separately. I would have noticed because I have/had HSG80/MSA1500/MSA2000 devices since 2005.
