[Info-vax] So is there still a hobbyist program or not

The Update 1400 has a lot of patches including: Manage-V0300 and 
Fibre_SCSI-V1100 on IA64.

Still apparently missing on IA64 for Hobbyists are VMS84I_TZ, 
VMSIA64_TIE, VMS84I_ICAP.

Installing it now.

And i still do not know of any working links to the current Open Source 
and other free downloads such as JAVA, Firefox, SSH, SSH1, CSWB*, CSWS*.

I would like to have this WIKI be as up to date as possible for 
Hobbyists (and others) for a place to see what is available and to let 
them know what are duplicates.
