Dear Customer,

VMS Software, Inc. is pleased to announce enhancements and updates
to the C Run Time Library to provide support for C99 Standard
functions which were not previously available.

This software is provided as an ECO kit for VSI OpenVMS for Integrity 
Servers V8.4-2L1 and VSI OpenVMS Alpha V8.4-2L1 and V8.4-2L2.
