We just did an upgrade this weekend using the hobbyist IA64 disk with Update 5 automatically post-installed.  SSL1 DID install successfully after Update V10 and Manage V2 were installed, then update 14 was done later.

However the SSL1 kit we got from HPE under support was 1.02o; maybe it would work with Manage V3, but no way to know now.  Both our test server and the live server were updated with the same sequence.
