It's on the VSI training site and sure looks like it was intended for
people attending VSI classes but they decided to make it available to
everyone.  It seems perfect for someone who has never tried VMS before.

The denizens of this newsgroup, who mostly already know VMS and already
(perhaps even prefer to) tinker with ancient and exotic hardware, will
be looking for something else.  We'll see what shows up.
