Having multiple versions of any product, when there is no need, is not a 
good thing.  So, for an emulator, you build it all into one product, and 
allow the product to "report" whatever the user wishes.  At least that's 
what I would do.

An emulator for just EV4 CPUs serves no purpose, and an emulator for EV6 
CPUs should still run the subset of an EV4.
